At Zara Zoom Lens, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your order or if the product is damaged or defective, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns: You can return your order within 2 days from the date of receipt.

2. Conditions for Return
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, including accessories (if applicable).
- The product must be in resalable condition.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect when contacting us.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions. Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), we will arrange a refund through the same COD method used during the delivery. The refund amount will be the same as the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received, we will process your refund request. Please allow 2 business days for the refund to be completed after the return has been confirmed.
- If the return is not accepted (e.g., the product does not meet return conditions), we will inform you via email, and the product will be sent back to you at your expense.
5. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Products that are missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.

Currently, Zara Zoom Lens does not offer product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
